A healthy, balanced diet generally means one that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Meals are based on vegetables, gluten free whole grains, nuts, lean proteins (legumes and fishes) eliminating meat and dairy intake. Vegan option is included.

Our meal plans follow these guidelines:

  • wholegrain and higher fibre choices

  • portions of fruit and vegetables daily

  • nuts and seeds

  • reduced salt

  • healthier fats including use of unsaturated oils (such as rapeseed, olive or sunflower oil) for cooking and dressings and spreads made from them

  • replacing dairy products by vegan options.
