Prepare to go beyond crunches; you will explore many different exercises to develop step by step your core strength and tone your lower and upper abdominals, obliques & waist.

This series is perfect if you want to strengthen and sculpt your entire core or build deep core awareness that will support you in other workouts.

You will first build deep foundations learning to breath properly and creating posture awareness according to Pilates technique. These exercises are focused on strengthening the lower back, abdominals, hips, and pelvic floor. Great Pilates core exercises include classics you may have heard of, like the Pilates one hundred, single-leg stretch, and roll up.

Burn calories

Each class includes also cardio sequences to energize your body, boost your endurance and help you burn calories. Cardio exercises include burpees, star jumps, so get ready to sweat and feel energized!
