Power yoga is a customizable yoga style influenced by toning and aerobic exercises. It involves varying your poses so that your body is always experiencing something new. Power yoga tends to be more intense than other forms of the practice, which is great you’re looking a challenge yoga practice to burn calories, feel good, more flexible and relaxed.
In this series, you will start from fundamentals of power vinyasa yoga through energizing sun salutations that build internal heat and strenghten step by step upper body & core. These classes are perfect for yogis of all levels and are a great foundation for starting a daily practice and motivating you moving every day.
Each class features gentle, creative and strengthening flow sequences to activate your entire body and open your hips & chest.
You will end each class with a final relaxation and will feel more flexible, serene, inspired, and deeply connected.
Remember to breathe throughout the whole practice, synchronize your breath with each movement, flow and move mindfully through this practice. Listen to your body.
